I never set out to memorise herbs - I wanted to understand plants, people & human bodies.

My second favourite part is the process of matching the person with the most specific & appropriate remedies for them and their unique health patterns.
Over the years I've realised something.
I've never come across any bodies that have ten separate, unrelated problems.
It's always one body, trying to put out 10 different spot fires, that all began at the same source.
They aren't separate problems at all.
They're different expressions and stages of dysregulation.
That's why I don't chase symptoms.
I look for patterns, identify common denominators and treat the root cause.
